The team behind popular non-fungible token game CryptoKitties, Dapper Labs has partnered with Dr. Seuss Enterprises to launch tokenized digital collectibles.
According to a July 21 announcement Dr Seuss’s most popular characters including Cat in The Hat, The Lorax, and Thing One and Thing Two will now come as tokenized representations.

Fans will now be able to curate the NFT collectibles through buying the digital packs of the crypto collectibles.
Moreover, those who can assemble a specific set of tokens will be able to access unique experiences that are beyond what is offered by the purchasable packs.
Founder and CEO of Dapper Labs emphasizes on how the shift in consumers interest towards collectibles in the midst of rapid digitization:
“With our new Dr. Seuss digital decal experience, we are marrying the best of both worlds — allowing fans to interact and discover something entirely new while tapping into our collective nostalgia for the characters that mean so much from our childhood.”
Dapper Labs highlights that NFTs are “designed to live on forever in a digital space” signifying that Dr. Seuss fans will be able to pass down the digital collectibles across generations.
