Paris Hilton Launches New Reality Show In The Sandbox Metaverse

Paris Hilton has launching a new reality show, Parisland, in The Sandbox metaverse.

It has been reported that beginning just in time for Valentine’s Day, players looking for love can enter Parisland and meet five other players virtually. Activities in Parisland include quests, shopping, flirting with other contestants, and eventually choosing a partner.

However, once players have completed quests and found love, they’ll have a virtual wedding party DJ’d by Paris herself. Hilton is launching her dating reality show in conjunction with her company, 11:11 Media, founded in 2021.

Cynthia Miller, 11:11 Media Web3 and metaverse strategist, said in a statement that the reality show will allow players to connect with each other and “help people find love.”

Sebastien Borget, the COO and Co-founder of The Sandbox, described the experience as a “dazzling escape” in which players can forge genuine connections. The reality show hosted by Paris will run for a month and participants can win NFTs, SAND prizes, and memorabilia.

The report said that The Sandbox describes itself as “part real estate, part amusement park” and is adding romance through Paris Hilton’s reality show. No stranger to celebrities and brands, The Sandbox has been joined by over 400 partners. Snoop Dogg, Deadmau5, Steve Aoki and Gucci Vault have all purchased virtual land in its metaverse.

Thus, The Sandbox offers a decentralized platform for users to create and participate in 3D worlds and game experiences and operates on its native ERC-20 token, SAND.
