Infinite Fleet, a space adventure game is partnering with STOKR, Luxembourg based digital securities startup, for an upcoming security token offering (STO).
On April 20 Infinite Fleet wrote in a blog post that the security tokens offerings would be used to raised funds for its development:
“We are making the foray into capital markets and we believe this will offer our supporters the opportunity to own a piece of equity in Infinite Fleet itself. As many of you already know, our team has a wealth of experience across both the gaming and crypto industries, and we have always been strong proponents of a new digital economy backed by bitcoin and blockchain technology, and less reliance on third-party banks and intermediaries.”
STOKR is a pioneer providing solutions to small and medium-sized ventures to access capital markets according to the EU capital market laws.
From technology support to payment gateways, and investment structuring to wallet registration, STOKR enables the opportunities for both the issuers and investors to have the most secure, advanced, and user-friendly investment experience.
Infinite Fleet further added:
“With this vision in mind, we are putting skin in the game. We are already in a future where many regulated financial instruments such as shares and fiat currencies are traded as cryptoassets directly on distributed ledger technology. This allows for a more efficient and transparent financial market that can operate 24/7/365.”
