Telegram’s Gram Wallet (GRM) alpha version is now available for iOS.

On Sept 26th, Telegram reported that its Gram wallet is active in the instant messaging app’s alpha version for iOS. The wallet is currently active on Telegram Open Network (TON) Testnet.

Basic functions for now

Fyodor Skuratov of software startup TON Labs said that the Telegram’s built-in wallet will only have the basic features as the wallet design is not finalized.

He added that for advanced functions like purchasing and exchanging grams users can address third-party developers.

Telegram released the TON Testnet explorer in early September. Two anonymous testers revealed that the blockchain had high transaction speed.
